Providing Comfort and Dignity to pediatric patients,
one stitch at a time
At G’s Giving Gowns, we believe every kid deserves to feel like themselves, even in the hospital. Our mission is to replace standard hospital wear with custom hospital gowns and port-access shirts that simplify medical care while bringing comfort, confidence, and a little more joy to every patient’s journey.
One Gown, One Goal: Dignity for every kid, everywhere.
Port Access Shirts
Our port access shirts are thoughtfully created to provide comfort and easy access during treatments while helping children feel cozy and confident. Designed with both functionality and style in mind, these shirts allow medical care to happen smoothly without sacrificing personality.
Hospital Gowns
Our custom hospital gowns are designed to bring comfort, confidence, and a sense of individuality to children during their medical care. Made with fun, kid-friendly fabrics and tailored in real clothing sizes, they help children feel seen, special, and more like themselves during treatment.
meet giuliana - The Heart Behind the Stitches
It all started with a single thread and a big heart. When Giuliana was 11, she saw her cousin Giada facing a brave battle with brain cancer in a cold, clinical hospital gown. She knew that a little bit of color and a lot of love could change how a child feels during their toughest days.
What began at a small sewing machine has grown into a global mission of hope. Today, as a high school student and advocate, Giuliana leads G’s Giving Gowns with the belief that no matter our age, we all have a responsibility to look out for one another. From her first handmade gown to shipping stitches of support to 9 countries, Giuliana is proving that when you lead with your heart, you can change the world—one stitch at a time.
G’s Giving Gowns has donated over ...
the story in every sticth: our timeline

Every great design starts with a vision born from a need. We founded G’s Giving Gowns as a tribute to my cousin, Giada. After watching her brave battle with Medulloblastoma while swallowed up by an oversized, wrinkled, clinical green hospital gown, we knew there was a better way. We drafted our first "By Kids, For Kids" blueprint, committed to replacing clinical boredom with dignity and preppy-chic style.

Moving from the drawing board to the hospital ward. We partnered with our first medical centers to pilot a collection that actually fit the kid and the treatment. Like any good tailor, we listened to our "clients"—refining fabric weights and comfort features based on real warrior feedback.

We realized the thread was stronger when shared. Launched "The Maker Studio" workshops, teaching other youth the art of inclusive design and advocacy. We grew our volunteer network by 200%, proving that leadership is the best skill we can share.

The mission moved from a local workshop to a national movement. We officially surpassed our goal of reaching warriors in over 25 states, proving that our "By Kids, For Kids" model resonated far beyond our own community. As we expanded our distribution network, we began securing our first formal partnerships with major children's hospitals, ensuring that our gowns became a staple of comfort in oncology units across the country.

We expanded our blueprint to address the full spectrum of patient care. As part of my Girl Scout Gold Award, titled "Bridging Gaps in Care: A Public Health Project for Pediatric Cancer Patients' Dignity, Mental Health, and Access to Comfort," we launched our Port-Access Warrior Tees. This collection was designed to provide comfort during everyday recovery and outpatient treatments, proving that dignity should follow a child from the hospital bed to the playground.

We took our mission into the classroom to foster empathy through education. I co-wrote and produced an original curriculum and video alongside a brave Leukemia survivor—the very same warrior I sewed a gown for during her treatment. This project, titled "Fighting Cancer Starts With Us: Learn, Support, Take Action," covers the biology of cancer, public health impacts, and mental health. Approved by District Superintendents, this video is now a part of health classes for approximately 12,000 students across the Howell K-8 and Freehold Township school districts, ensuring that support and understanding are woven into the fabric of our local schools.

Our mission outgrew the sewing room. We took the "Warrior Voice" to the Capitol to champion the Give Kids a Chance Act. We lobbied for the right of pediatric patients to access combination therapies, ensuring medical research is as modern and bold as the kids it serves.

This year marks our biggest leap forward. To meet the growing demand from our hospital partners, we are transitioning to professional, medical-grade manufacturing. We are currently perfecting the "2026 Edition" of G’s Gowns, incorporating refined snap placements and reinforced seams for better medical access. By scaling our "hospital-batch" production, we are ensuring every garment meets the highest clinical standards without losing the "By Kids, For Kids" heart that makes our designs unique.

The thread now reaches across borders. With professional manufacturing and a dedicated community of "Makers," we are shipping gowns to 47 states and 9 countries, ensuring no child fights alone.
From a single stitch to a global movement, our thread now reaches 47 states and 9 countries, powered by professional manufacturing and a dedicated community of makers. Guided by a vision of holistic healing, we are bridging the gap between pediatric healthcare and conservation by transitioning toward recycled, eco-friendly textiles and a circular Upcycle Program—where outgrown gowns return to become keepsake pillowcases, drawstring bags and teddy bear outfits. By pursuing partnerships with sustainable detergent lines to eliminate microplastic runoff, we are ensuring that we don't just heal the child today, but preserve the world they will inherit tomorrow.
